材料:
冬瓜400克、排骨250克、虾干20克、珧柱20克、姜20克,胡椒粉、盐、糖各适量。
做法:
姜去皮洗净切片备用;冬瓜去瓤及青皮,切成小块备用;排骨洗净后斩成小块,飞水沥干备用;下姜片、排骨、虾干煮15分钟,然后以盐、糖、胡椒粉调味,再放入冬瓜和珧柱中火煮15分钟便成。
