1、大米洗净,在清水中浸泡30分钟,玉米粒洗净沥干。
2、锅中放入适量清水,大火烧开,放入大米煮开后转小火熬煮20分钟,期间不定时搅拌,防止糊锅,放入玉米粒继续熬煮15分钟。
3、放入盐半勺拌匀即可出锅。
